BBLUXE

Micro Pulsed Light

The state-of-the-art MPL (Micro Pulsed Light) device that caters to a wide range of dermatological indications. This innovative technology has been meticulously crafted to deliver exceptional clinical outcomes while significantly reducing the risk of side effects.

One of the key features that sets BBLUXE apart is its specially designed sapphire tip, which has a sophisticatedly designed surface with 140 individual cells. This unique design not only enhances clinical efficacy but also minimizes potential side effects, such as the occurrence of undesirable “tiger marks,” commonly associated with IPL treatments.

Furthermore, the exceptional performance of BBLUXE is seamlessly integrated with its 7 push-in type filters to address different indications for both light and dark skins.

140 multi-cell technology

One of the side effects of IPL treatment that causes significant concern is the development of unwanted large hyperpigmented areas, commonly referred to as “tiger stripes” that last for a long time. This concern has led many physicians to hesitate when considering IPL treatment.

However, the use of the multi-cell technology, which employs a sapphire filter with a micro-sized lattice structure, effectively contains the light energy within individual cells, leaving a square-outline safety zone between adjacent cells. This design ensures the preservation of intact healthy tissues in the square-outline safety zone, similar to the fractional concept in laser treatments.

Consequently, BBLUXE can be safely utilized even on patients with tanned or dark skin.

Excessive IPL treatment can result in the development of a significant blister, potentially leading to Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH) or scarring.

BBLUXE, on the other hand, can help reduce the likelihood of such side effects. An overdose treatment by BBLUXE may lead to formation of numerous tiny vesicles only similar to the appearance of fractionization instead of a single large blister.

After 48 hours following an excessive BBLUXE treatment, it is observed that instead of a singular blister, only numerous tiny vesicles have formed.

Overdose parameters was 415 nm filter, 3.5 ms & 5 ms (delay 20ms), 12 J/cm2. Note that normal doses is usually 7 to 8 J/cm2 only.
